The room was kind of small. No separate closet and drawer to store my clothings. There were only two hangers for two people. Where should I put my jacket? Even there were not much floor spaces to unfold our luggage.

The design or the bath area meant that water kept hitting the bottom of the bath and splashing everywhere. The bath was very big and deep, not suutable for children or elderly to climb in and out. There's also no non-slip mat in the bath to prevent slip and fall. We also got static electricity from the toilet bidet which is so dangerous. The hotel sent a maintenance personnel to check but there was still static electricity after that. The kids became very afraid to use the toilet. Lastly, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasamt smell of urine around the toilet.

I was surprised at how run down the place was. I heard so many good reviews but was definitely disappointed. We had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke and half the outlet ports didn’t work. Also I asked to have the room made up and they didn’t.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Especially not good for someone who is recovering from a major surgery. The lobby on our floor also did not have the AC working, and the power was out at one point and seemed like management did not even know about it until we brought it up to them. Also, we didn’t receive a refund even though we left a week early than planned.

スタッフが親切、部屋も広く地下鉄もバス停も近くにあり立地が素晴らしかったのですが、部屋にあるドライヤーが壊れかけていて持ちづらかったのと、浴室の換気扇が無く熱が篭ってしまい暑かったです。 あと枕元にコンセントやUSBポートありません。 机の上に3口のOAタップがありましたがあまり接触が良くなかったです。 禁煙室でしたが部屋に入るとタバコの匂いがしちのが気になりました。

Гостиница находится в хорошем районе. Все рестораны и шопинг в шаговой доступности. Единственное что не хватает этой гостинице это немного лучше убирать номера. Кровати и подушки удобные. Персонал решал все проблемы в нашем номере очень быстро.

仁川空港からも行きやすく、バス停も駅も近いのでとても行動しやすかったです。 ですが、3名で予約したに関わらず2名分しかアメニティがなく伝えたところ翌日まで対応できないとのことでした。 お値段がリーズナブルなので仕方ないですが、お風呂とトイレに仕切りがないので少し不便でした。

寝て泊まるだけであれば良し。

駅近のため、1人滞在の時に利用します。駅近だけを取るならここかなぁと思いますが、＋きれいさや丁寧さを求める方はここではないかと思います。今回最上階の部屋でしたが、残念ながらトイレはちょっとペーパーを流すと詰まりかける、3泊4日の滞在中に1度も部屋の掃除がありませんでした。前回はあったのに何故だろうと不思議でした。寝て起きるだけのため特にこだわりませんでしたが、やっぱり1度は掃除が入っても良いかと。
