Just stayed for one night and very happy with the location close to the station and easily connected by underground passages (ideal in snow. Room was a good size by Japanese standards. Could do with freshening up - some stains and scuffs on wall - but would stay again.

This hotel was about 20 second walk from one of the largest underground walkways I have ever seen. It attached to the major JR station and multiple smaller subway lines as well as a variety of large scale malls, food options and smaller shopping areas.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the underground walkway linked up to Sapporo Station. The hotel has all the essentials needed for your stay. It would enhance the comfort of the guests if additional pillows could be provided on request.

The property is located a short but walkable distance to Sapporo station which wad perfect for me. There was plenty of konbini, and dining options around and a nice short walk to Odori Park, Sapporo TV tower and subway lines. The property is kept very clean and to a very high standard. Room size was adequate for single person. My only dislike is not being able to control the A/C individually per room but that is because i am a cold sleeper. Otherwise, great room.

The staff was nice and hotel would have been perfect. Very disappointed in the lack of pillows and air conditioning. The beds only had one pillow and it was so small. When I asked for extra pillows I was told they didn’t have any said they could give me towels. The AC did not work and the room was extremely hot.

シンプルなビジネスホテル 浴槽が狭いながらゆったりしたつくり 駐車場は創生スクエアを使いました。24時間2,400円だけど宿泊が安かったのでトントンかな。車の時は中心を避けたかったけど、夜も出るのに便利だから良かったよ 洗面の排水口など少し汚れが、どこも人手不足だよね

Het is een erg leuk hotel met hele aardige medewerkers. Wij zijn erg goed (in het Engels) geholpen. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen heerlijk. De badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. In de omgeving was veel te zien en te doen, alles was op loopafstand (o.a het park, de TV toren en de klokkentoren). Mocht het slecht weer zijn, dan kun je via een ondergrondse gang van het station naar het hotel lopen. Het laatste minuutje gaat wel bovengronds. De ondergrondse gang is ook een genot, met allerlei winkels. Wij vinden dit hotel een aanrader, net als de stad. Wij komen hier zeker terug!
