Receptionist was warm and welcoming, and provided clear and helpful hotel information during check-in. All the hotel staff we encountered were professional, but also friendly and approachable. Really enjoyed having the lakeview from our room. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Located directly across train station, which is very convenient.

A lovely room with a sea side view. Hamman and sauna were a nice bonus. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Montreux is breathtaking. With plenty of opportunities for walking and enjoying the boardwalk. .

This was a beautiful hotel on the water! Very convenient to the train station and downtown! We loved the amazing decor and the helpful staff ! We would definitrly stay here again!
