I would have given this property five stars except they were doing very loud renovations in the morning. But such is life! Overall, it is modest but wonderful, exactly what I was looking for. I would stay again for sure!

quiet neighbourhood in a central location

The hotel is located in the centre of London, within short walking distance from Russell Square and Holborn Tube stations or Kings Cross/ St. Pancrass railway station. Despite this, the surrounding area is very quiet which is because it's just next to Mecklenburgh Square Garden. Check-in was easily done, the room was clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay and everything worked well. I can recommend this accommodation.

I love the quiet area and view of the park and autumn leaves opposite. There is nothing to dislike, such a peaceful place for central London! So nice not to hear traffic noise all night!

The price is very competitive to be London. It is a student dormitory, but of that is good enough for you (which it was for me) then it is a great place.

Great place!

Really lovely place, a nice quiet street with only a few minutes to walk to get to Kings cross station so great plac to commute! Staff were really lovely and helpful, I accidentally went to the wrong building as there are two and the front desk staff was really helpful and showed me the correct way. Really great place to stay as a solo traveler!

Superb value for money, great sized rooms (even had fridges), lovely staff. My only crticism was my room was over the main entrances so quite loud at night as the window wouldnt shut. I imagine there are many quieter rooms. Will 100% stay here again.

Great budget option in central London

The room was spacious, modern and clean. The location is very central. Staff were helpful. For the money, I cannot fault it, really a great option for a stay in central London. The breakfast was good, although not included in the price.
